*** DOG RELATED INCIDENTS ***

In the last few weeks, the SNT have responded to several incidents relating to dogs. 

In most cases, we deal with incidents where dogs have bitten other dogs. Occasionally, we also deal with jobs where dogs have bitten members of the community. One thing that links all these incidents together is the lack of control over dogs that are being walked in public spaces. 

It is crucial that as a dog owner / walker, you must have full control over your dogs at all times. This is in PUBLIC and PRIVATE spaces. We have a variety of wonderful beauty spots across our area, including sites like Elvaston Castle, Foremark Reservoir, Staunton Harold Reservoir etc. We want to make sure everyone can enjoy these spaces in a safe way, including the fluffier members of the community!
